Specification: The particle size for grains ranges from 60 mm to 75μm, the particle size for powders ranges from 1μm to 75μm, the SiO2 content ranges from 99.8% to 99.9%.

Property: High temperature resistance, good whiteness, melting point 1750 ℃; Excellent low electrical insulation; High hardness, high resistance to wear; Low expansion coefficient; Chemical properties of stability, in addition to react with hydrogen fluoride ether and alkali, does not react with any other material.
 
Areas of application: The products are mainly used in large scale integrated circuit and epoxy molding compound materials, high temperature silica ceramic, PV crucible, precision casting, high class refractory material, optical fiber, organic silicon, coating, optical glass and artificial silica stone.
